ALZONE has designed kits relative to the number and brand of solar modules required and at placement of order a kit is supplied that requires no on-site cutting at all. All railing, fixtures and fittings are supplied offering simple assembly on site with no cutting or drilling required to the racking system at all!

HOW DO ALZONE RACKING KITS SAVE INSTALLATION TIME?

DO YOU HAVE ROOF MOUNTED and FREE STANDING KITS?
ALZONE solar racking kits come in various roof, ground and Pole Mount Kits.
WHAT HAPPENS IF INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED ON A CORRUGATED ROOF?
ALZONE mounting Feet are available in flat or corrugated configurations. Advise your requirements at placement of order.
ARE ALZONE RACKING KITS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A SINGLE BRAND OF SOLAR MODULE?
ALZONE racking systems are available for all current SHARP, UNI-SOLAR, BP SOLAR,
KYOCERA and SCHOTT solar modules. Just advise the module brand at placement of order. If you are using any other brand of solar module just let us know the side module thickness and overall module dimensions and we will advise which racking kit may be suitable.
WILL I BE REQUIRED TO DRILL THE FITTINGS ONTO THE SOLAR MODULES OR RAILS?
With ALZONE racking kits there is no drilling required into the modules or rails at all. The clamps are designed so when they are tightened onto the frame of the module, it locks the module down to the rail so it won’t move. The End Clamp has been designed with a small Foot to prevent the clamp from rolling on its end when tightened.
CAN I ORDER INDIVIDUAL ALZONE RACKING KIT COMPONENTS?
We understand that individual racking components are required in emergencies on site and all racking components can be ordered separately. However it is more cost effective to purchase complete mounting kits.
DO ALZONE RACKING SYSTEMS COME WITH A WARRANTY?
ALZONE racking systems come with a 10 year limited product warranty and a 6 year limited finish warranty.
