Corrugated Feet
Alzone Corrugated Feet have been designed to suit installations on standard large profile corrugated roofs. The vertical slots in feet uprights provide adjustment to the solar array when roofing is uneven.
Alzone angle bracket ( SPMAngle) can be combined with corrugated feet to change the direction of rail at right angles to corrugations.

The Alzone Flat Foot is designed for flat profile roofing such as Trimdeck and Cliplock roof sheeting. These feet are used also on ground mount systems and provide adjustment to height of rail via vertical slots in the foot upright.
These aluminium feet are finished in weather resistant anodizing for increased durability

FOOT FLAT

The Solar Module End Mounts are used at the beginning and end of each module string. The Solar Module End Mounts are available in two sizes. The SPMEKUS is suitable for Uni-Solar, Kyocera and Schott ASE-50 solar modules. The SPMESHBP is suitable for Sharp, BP Solar and Schott ASE-100/160/300 solar modules.
Grooved lower surfaces ensure that even End Mounts fastened with finger tight bolts will hold modules quite firmly during installation.
Solar Module Middle Mounts
This Alzone aluminium angle bracket conveniently changes the direction of Alzone rail on corrugated feet by 90 degrees. The modules can be mounted in portrait mode whilst the rail runs in landscape position (90 degrees to corrugations).
This bracket is finish in a clear anodized coating for improved weather resistance and matches other Alzone racking parts. All holes are pre drilled at 10mm

The Alzone Middle Mounts are used between adjacent solar modules locking the modules to the Standard Rail. The grooved lower surface of the Middle Mounts create a secure and attractive finish without the need to drill holes in solar modules.
Standard Rail
The standard Alzone rail section provides the main support structure for roof and ground mount systems. Edge slots on the top and bottom of rail allow for installation of middle and end clamps to the rail via Alzone rail bolts.
Longitudinal slots on top edge provide added grip for securing end clamps to rail.
Various rail lengths are available and all these have two mid slots for convenient mounting of Alzone mounting feet and brackets.
Made from durable aluminium with anodizing for increased weather protection these rail systems are engineer certified to comply with Australian standards for wind zones A, B, C & D

The 3/8â x 45mm Stainless Steel Bolt is used where a slightly longer bolt is required to join the Standard Rails to legs used in the Ground Mount Kits. The bolts are supplied complete with a flat washer, spring washer and nut that are used to reduce the possibility of the array bolts loosening over time.
The 3/8â x 25mm Stainless Steel Bolt is used to connect the Standard Rail to Feet, leg and Cross Bracing on Ground Mount or Roof Mount Kits. The bolts are supplied complete with a flat washer, spring washer and nut to reduce the possibility of the array bolts loosening over time.The spring washer sits directly under the nut.
The T Bolts are used in conjunction with the Middle and End Clamps. The T Bolts are slid into the Edge Slot of the Standard Rail and are held firm while the nut is turned. The âTâ Bolts are available in two models - SPMBUS and SPMBSH. The SPMBUS is suited for installation of Uni-Solar, Kyocera and Schott ASE-50 solar modules. The SPMBSH is suited for Sharp, BP Solar and Schott ASE-100/160/300 solar modules.
Easy-Rail
Easy-Rail is an economical aluminium solar rail section for mounting solar modules to flat, corrugated or tiled roofs.
There is no need for fitment of additional feet as this is already incorporated in the rail base. Top slots for the rail bolts and a groove in the foot section to align fastening screws make it easier to install.
Longitudinal slots on top edge provide added grip for securing end clamps.
Convenient lengths are available and these come coated in a durable anodized finish.

Rv-Rail
RV rail is a convenient method of attachment of solar modules to the roofs of caravans and motor homes.This aluminium rail is specially designed to take standard Alzone rail bolts and clamps. A grooved top section ensures a tight grip between the clamp and module.
Grooves in the foot of the RV rail allow easy alignment for fasteners.The anodised aluminium finish gives improved appearance whilst providing greater weather protection.RV rail comes in three convenient sizes listed below:-

Corrugated Foot Mount

Tee Foot
The Alzone Tee Foot is designed to provide raised profile (up to 35 degrees above existing roof angle) on roof mounted solar arrays. It is usually used when the array is in landscape position with modules in portrait. The Tee foot can provide a convenient pre drilled foot for special mounting requirements on rail or special structures.
The aluminium foot with protective anodized coating provides a solution for difficult installations.

The specially designed angle bracket can be used for a variety of applications.
This angle bracket allows directional rotation of Alzone rail on the SPMFCMTGBCKT corrugated foot mounting bracket as well as a right angle change of direction of Alzone rail on SPMFCBUY corrugated feet.
These angle brackets can be used on raised racking to allow up to 35 degree tilt on rail or rear legs.

Tee Angle

This heavy duty aluminium angle bracket is primarily used as mounting feet on ground mount racking in high (cyclonic) wind zones. Other uses for this tough clear anodized bracket are for mounting Alzone rail to difficult roof, wall or custom framing.
The two holes are pre drilled at 12.5mm for convenient on site installation.
