Lay Standard Rail on ground and attach aluminium pole/s using “U” bolts, washers and nuts provided. Standard Rail holes have been pre-drilled to suit the solar modules listed on the order sheet.

Dig/drill holes to suitable depth based on local conditions, ground construction and any local or state standards.

Ensure mounting pole/s are placed in position and fastened using appropriate means, e.g. concrete. Solar modules are not attached at this stage.

When the mounting pole is secure in position and cement has set, prior to continuing the installation, check the Standard Rail is secure and square. Ensure that the solar modules will not be mounted over the curved part of the Mounting Pole.

Insert one “T” Bolt and the associated End Mount into each a Mid Slot on each Standard Rail, and position the “T” Bolt close to the centre pole. Position the first solar module and tighten End Clamp nuts.

Slide “T” Bolt and associated End Clamps into the corresponding Mid Slot of both Standard Rails to fasten first solar module in position.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 to attach second solar module to the Standard Rails. If more than two panels are to be mounted then Mid Clamps are used between adjacent modules.

Check that all rail kit bolts and clamps are tight and all solar modules and Standard Rails are square.
